We charge one fee that includes all labor, setup, and leaving the home free and clear of any contents or trash. Others may charge less, but we are confidant we can net you more with our knowledge of what your items are worth.

We also know how overwhelming of a process this all can be. This is where we can be of help. Too often things of value to a sale can be discarded or donated. We suggest to let us decide. Not only does this take pressure off of you, but will also help you net the most for your items.
We have been told many times that all personal items have been removed and still found personal items in a home. In this instance we will set these aside for you to either pick up or we can ship them to you if you will be out of the state.
There will be no left over items. Items will be discounted after the first couple of days then any remaining items will be sold at an auction.
Yes! These items will also be charged a lower percentage based on value.
This will vary on a case by case basis. It will also depend on any other sales we may have pending. Contact us and we can let you know what our schedule looks like and once we see your home we can give you the best response on setup time.
