Each sale generally lasts 4 or 5 days to maximize the value of items in your Estate, including professionally ( room by room ) auctioning off remaining items on the final sale day. We realize each sale is unique and we adjust accordingly to meet the needs of each individual client. We take many quality photos and advertise in many venues which include local newspapers, plus several different online venues. We make high ticket items available for purchase in advance ( Presale) of the sale date. Being available to customers for a longer period of time, gives a high end item a better chance of selling at its best value. It is difficult to sell a high ticket item for full value in only 2 or 3 days. Items for sale are presented in a clean and organized manner that will maximize sales potential. Commission rates are all inclusive. There are no hidden costs for our services. Any added expenses will be explained upfront, such as an excessive amount of trash removal and or excessive cleaning prior to sale. We have lived in the Branson area since 2008. The Branson, Springfield plus Northern Arkansas area is very familiar to us and we understand this market well. We have had successful sales in Springfield Mo and as far away as Mountain Home AR. We are also willing to work with out of state buyers when special attention is needed with a particular high end item, such as arranging shipping and pick up at a later date. There are no fees for us to come out and look at your items, but do charge a minimal amount to assess or appraise if we don't contract your sale. Our customer base continues to grow with every sale. We are lucky to have a friendly staff who are welcoming to customers and ready to assist in any way they can. While conducting sales we like offering complimentary fresh baked cookies, pastries and coffee when we are able. We think this makes for a better shopping environment.
